Welcome to our quiet, uckermarkian cottage. The house is perfect for family get-togethers and small groups. The 200 year old pisé home offers all modern comforts, including a full kitchen, heating, wi-fi, and a furnace. It is located amidst a 3000 square meter charmingly wild garden with fruit trees, a barbecue spot, a tree house, a trampoline and a sandbox. Up to 12 persons may stay in the four lovingly designed bedrooms. The house offers a complete space of 250 square meters and has four bedrooms, as well as a small lounge with a pull-out sofa and a loft bed under the roof with a star-filled view. Wi-fi is readily available for guests. The most beautiful spot is in front of the furnace, offering cozy warmth. The kitchen may be small in size, but is fully furnished and equipped. One may cater to larger groups, as long as not all are standing in the kitchen. The bathroom on the first floor has a bath with shower and there is a separate toilet. In the attic there is another bathroom with a shower. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with double beds, one of which is a passage room, as they are placed one behind the other. In the attic is a family room for four people (double bed and two single beds) and a small lounge with a pull-out couch. There is also a sleeping loft for two people, which children love. We call it the stargazer room. Since traveling is not only a vacation, there are four small desks in the house with light, electricity and Wi-Fi. A large, wild garden with cherry, plum and apple trees, as well as blackberry bushes (for self-harvest depending on the season). Various deck chairs and a hammock are set up for outside relaxation. The large barbecue spot is inviting for outdoor cooking. For children there is a tree house, a sandbox with toys and a trampoline. On the property there is parking space available for up to five cars. During your stay I may be present. But then I will live in another apartment on the property. The home of Robert is located in Gerswalde, Brandenburg, Deutschland. Gerswalde is a so-called central village and therefore has a good infrastructure. Nearby is a supermarket with a bakery, a pharmacy, several doctor’s practices, a library and the only ATM within 30 kilometers. Central bus stop is Gerswalde Markt and may be reached within five minutes by foot. The closest train station is Wilmersdorf/Uckermark and may be reached within 12 minutes by car. The house is only nine kilometers away from the bicycle route Berlin-Usedom and the S-Bahn station of Bernau is 80 km away and may be reached by bike. This stretch entails a bit of advance bike training, of course. Bed linen and towels are provided.
